Built-In Boss Post Facilitates Welding Of Short Fittings
The butt-fusion fittings we supply come with a built-in BOSS post,allowing for easy welding even in tight spaces.The BOSS post can be clamped during welding,facilitating a compact pipeline layout.
The Boss Post Also Facilitates The Use Of Sleeve-Insert Tooling To Make Space Saving Fittings
Considering the limited space for piping in semiconductor equipment,a sleeve installation tooling can be used to clamp the BOSS post,making it more convenient to insert the sleeve into the butt-welding fitting, thereby achieving a compact piping design.
The BOSS post is easily secured by the fixture,stabilizing its position during installation.The sleeve can be inserted directly and effortlessly,avoiding any clamping errors.(Note:The sleeve installation tooling must be prepared by the customer.)
